As many states nationwide move into phase IV of re-opening, the focus shifts back to traditional, in-person events; but with a “COVID-sensitive” twist. Live events are returning thanks to CDC guidelines and innovative approaches to experiential marketing that factor in the need to socially distance. Before it is possible to return to the old “normal” of live events, agencies are being careful to ensure a fun and safe event environment.
At All Aces Promotional Staffing, we have adapted our onboarding process, creating an Event’s Safety Guidelines sheet to lead our staff in the transition back to in-person events. In addition to Event Safety Guidelines, we have pre-event COVID-19 questionnaires sent to all staff.
We are proud to share our guidelines with the industry to support each other and aim for a safe return to live events.
