Description: Over 700 people in teams across 115 locations consisting of a Field Manager, Brand Ambassadors, and professional Santa Claus worked together to set up a Sprint Holiday Photo Opportunity. Local communities were encouraged to visit their local Sprint Store “Holiday Shop” to write letters to Santa, take a Holiday photo, and get their photos printed all onsite!
Field managers handled logistics and materials acquisition, set up the footprint with the support of the brand ambassadors, oversaw the team in various roles, and disassembled the footprint after each activation. Brand ambassadors engaged with consumers as Holiday Helpers; running the photo-op, printer, and the themed stations for consumers in each location to spread holiday cheer, highlight local store sales and products, and encourage consumers to switch their mobile provider to Sprint!
Result: Direct engagement with over 200,000 consumers nationally, within 14 days.
