All Aces Promotional Staffing proudly represented MGM and Marriott Bonvoy to support the Las Vegas Grand Prix 2024 by delivering an exceptional team of Brand Ambassadors to elevate the VIP and concierge experience.
Throughout the three-day event, our staff operated a variety of interactive stations designed to engage and delight attendees. At the registration/check-in station, guests were welcomed and signed up for an exciting Marriott Bonvoy grand giveaway. At another activation, our Brand Ambassadors guided guests through a fun key-and-locker giveaway, where participants selected keys to unlock lockers containing premium gifts—adding an element of surprise and excitement.
Our team also ran a beverage station, serving hot drinks in the morning and refreshing cocktails in the evening, and distributed Marriott Bonvoy-branded bottled water throughout the venue to keep guests hydrated. Our staff expertly managed crowd flow and line control, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for everyone entering and exiting the activation footprint.
Working long shifts through shifting weather conditions, from intense heat to chilly winds, our team remained upbeat, professional, and driven.
