Implementation: All Aces Promotional Staffing joined forces with the setup crew for JE Dunn Construction, providing helpful and motivated production assistants to assist various events happening in KC! The staff offered their help with various tasks that included following instruction sheets for physically building event assets such as games, décor, and full builds, following specific footprint setups, and maintaining organization and strength while loading and unloading each truck load of supplies! Each event that the All Aces PA team worked on was different from the last, ranging from art fairs to races to holiday parties, but the common achieved goal was met when all events were put together, executed with success, and then broken down and arranged to bring ease to the next!
Result: JE Dunn Construction crews successfully brought three large experiential events to life, handling everything from setup to breakdown with the support of the Production Assistants from All Aces Promotional Staffing. Their help made it possible for each event to run smoothly and allowed the team to efficiently transition and prepare for upcoming events!
