The Hallmark Christmas Experience made a dazzling debut at Kansas City’s Crown Center, running from November 29 to December 22, 2024—and All Aces Promotional Staffing was proud to help bring the holiday magic to life.
Dubbed a “Hallmark Comic-Con,” the event featured festive vendor markets, breathtaking light displays, and exclusive panels with Hallmark Channel’s most beloved stars. To ensure everything ran smoothly, All Aces staffed nearly 90% of the 100+ on-site personnel, playing a vital role in the event’s day-to-day success.
Our team was stationed throughout the sprawling venue, guiding guests between the Westin Hotel’s panel rooms, the Crown Center shops, and the enchanting Christmas Village in Crown Center Square. We expertly managed line control for celebrity meet-and-greets, photo ops, and entry to the official Hallmark store—keeping traffic flowing and wait times to a minimum.
From scanning credentials and tickets to ushering attendees into panels and helping guests find the perfect holiday keepsake, our staff ensured every touchpoint was smooth, festive, and memorable. With such a large-scale operation, it was the professionalism, positivity, and teamwork of our All Aces crew that helped the event shine from start to finish.
