Recently, All Aces Promotional Staffing has been diving into new, innovative ways to help our clients on different levels. We’re excited to focus on and offer processes that we specialize in, that may be a headache to others, such as staff onboarding, payroll, and liability insurance! The event industry has many moving parts, and with staffing it can be complicated to make sure proper payroll laws are enforced, co-employment avoided, and all state laws are in compliance, especially without bringing in independent contractors!
As we’ve worked to perfect this process over the last several months, All Aces Promotional Staffing has been working with Astound Telecommunications by providing them with brand ambassadors and completing the Payroll Only process following each event (also known as payrolling). Astound has diligently provided us with the necessary information to file the W2 compliant payrolls, meanwhile continuing to leave All Aces Promotional Staffing program managers hands-off from the BAs and event execution. Having the All Aces program managers remain hands-off during these events has allowed Astound to work on a more personal level with the brand ambassadors, being more autonomous, exactly as designed! It’s a simple process of submitting time sheets that now allows clients to independently recruit, execute, and utilize All Aces Promotional Staffing to properly compensate their event staff without the administrative hassle and liability! Win-win all around!
